October was eventful for us in the year 2000 as our first child, a son, was born! As a parent you never think anything can surpass that feeling, but this year 2009 we celebrate our son, Ethan, accepting Christ as his Lord and Savior. We truly cannot put into words the peace and joy as a parent you have knowing that your child has made this decision!
God has richly blessed us with a foundation of godly families, a wonderful church family, and a christian school with teachers, all that have prayed and celebrate with us for our son!
The weekend before Ethan's birthday his D.D., Papa, and cousin Stephen came for a visit. He didn't know Stephen was coming, so that was quite a surprise...they played together the entire visit with little brother tagging along!
Then the weekend after his birthday we had his party with all of his friends!
He wanted a military theme, so dad worked extra hard to give him some great decorations to enjoy.
